Scuba Junkie Sipadan is looking for an experienced Dive Center Manager to join our team on Mabul Island, Malaysia. This is a hands‑on management role within a busy, long‑established dive operation. The successful candidate will be involved in the day‑to‑day running of the dive center, including operations planning, staff coordination, guest support, logistics, scheduling, administration, and problem‑solving.
We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, calm under pressure, and confident leading a diverse team in a remote island environment. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain high operational standards while contributing to a friendly and supportive team atmosphere.
