Divisional Trainer (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Nampak QCTO accredited training facility accreditation certificate is maintained.
• Develop and update training material for both on-the-job and off-the-job training for apprentices, production employees, and mechanical personnel.
• Deliver theoretical training and facilitate practical training sessions for off-the-job programmes.
• Ensure all practical assessments are aligned with tasks performed within Nampak Operations.
• Manage training evaluation and administration, including assessment records and reporting.
• Maintain close interaction collaborate regularly with internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Mechanical Artisan (Fitter & Turner)
• Relevant N6/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• ODETDP Certificate / Diploma
