DMH Field Supervisor

A Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high-quality care for clients in their homes, overseeing and supporting caregivers, and maintaining compliance with care plans and regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ❖ Perform DMH new client opening including completion of all required paperwork and documentation. ❖ Responsible for completing 2 hours of On-The-Job-Training for each new PA. ❖ Provides DMH shift coverage as needed for personal care services, activities of daily living, and various household duties. ❖ Perform and schedule caregiver evaluations in the field. Encourage and acknowledge tasks completed satisfactory.
