Copy, scan and store documentsCheck for accuracy and edit files, like contractsReview and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)Distribute project-related copies to internal teamsFile documents in physical and digital recordsCreate templates for future useRetrieve files as requested by employees and clientsManage the flow of documentation within the organizationMaintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreementPrepare ad-hoc reports on projects as neededRequirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar roleFamiliarity with project managementHands-on experience with MS Office and MS ExcelKnowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)Proficient typing and editing skillsData organization skillsAttention to detail
