This role requires proficiency in diagramming, storytelling, and design to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging materials for diverse stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, technology teams, and end users.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality documentation, presentations, and visual assets that effectively communicate technical
