Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Documentation Management & Advisory:
- Act as the central contact for all documentation-related requests and clarifications from internal stakeholders.
- Advise teams on documentation requirements, applicable standards, mandatory forms, and adherence to internal policies.
- Examine and verify submitted documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established guidelines.
- Identify missing or incorrect documentation and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Maintain organized records, document repositories, and audit trails in line with the governance and compliance requirements.
2. GTBD Product & Channel Documentation Support:
- Provide operational support for SMAR&TS and other GTBD documentation platforms, including user assistance, issue resolution, and process guidance.
