Role description
The resource will be responsible for administrative-accounting management, with particular attention to the registration of passive invoices and compliance with tax deadlines and internal procedures. The ideal profile is a precise, organized and autonomous person, capable of managing his or her activities methodically, quickly and with a spirit of initiative, collaborating effectively with the team.
Key responsibilities
Registration of passive invoices in compliance with tax deadlines and deadlines for monthly and annual closings.
Verification of the correctness of customs and transport documents (DDT, bills, etc.), ensuring compliance with current regulations.
