Job Overview

The Domestics Department is looking to recruit Domestic Assistants to join the team at St Richard's Hospital.

Responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible for cleaning clinical wards/departments. Work as a team member with a flexible approach within the Facilities Department, to provide a comprehensive service to the Hospital, undertaking all cleaning whilst adhering to all Health and Safety, ensuring all areas of allocated cleaning are kept to a high standard, and any other duties deemed within the grading of the post. Cleaning clinical departments to National Cleaning Standards 2021, which training will be provided.

Working Hours

3 positions for Monday to Friday from 07:30 am to 4 pm

3 positions for Saturday to Sunday from 07:30 am to 4 pm

Requirements

Ability to communicate sensitive information using tact and diplomacy when dealing with deceased family and friends.
