Domestic E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Overview

Based on the organization's vision, mission, and strategic plans, as supported and in coordination with the other departments, the primary function of the job is to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective daily business operations, oversee workflows, manage teams, and implement strategies that drive productivity, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The responsibility for providing and monitoring a seamless fulfillment of online orders, the inflow and outflow of online orders through the Omnichannel, performing inventory updates via shared GDrive files and through dashboard reviews, and working closely with other departments supporting the operations to make sure that daily activities are smoothly executed, online orders are well-processed and ensuring the records are well-kept for reporting, tracking, auditing, and review.
