Rate of Pay: £24.10 - £31.80 per hour
Summary:
The Domestic Violence Team Manager will lead the Barnet Domestic Abuse Safety Hub (BDASH), overseeing the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed support services for survivors of domestic abuse. Managing a multidisciplinary team of Independent Domestic Violence Advocates (IDVAs), Domestic Abuse Intervention Officers (DAIOs), and specialist practitioners, the post holder will ensure effective service delivery, safeguarding, partnership working, contract compliance, and performance management.
