create and maintain DOORS modules for all specifications based on the System Breakdown Structure (SBS)

ensure proper naming conventions in line with configuration requirements and establish link sets across all modules

align and harmonize document nomenclature across the project

create and further develop requirement specification templates (e.g., Equipment Specification Templates)

review and validate existing templates (e.g., HC SSS / SSDD) and ensure their proper functionality

transfer and implement template updates across all relevant system folders

review and further develop compliance matrix templates (e.g., Program and HC SSS Compliance Matrices)

clean up and standardize existing templates to ensure clarity and usability for all stakeholders

test and validate all implemented changes within DOORS
