Job Responsibilities: · Planning · Work daily MRP exception messages · Manage flow of material between supplier and plant · Ensure materials are available for production · Meet the targets on days of inventory · Expedite Purchase Order with supplier · Crisis shortage provide priority to the supplier · Monthly review of vendor forecast · Review Open order report with supplier · Update in SAP purchase orders due dates · Review and adjust MRP planning parameters such as safety stock, minimum lot sizes, rounding values, pallet quantities, lead times, lot sizing procedures, etc. · Quarterly review of the replenishment strategy Kanban, ROP or MRP · Interfaces with MPS Planners and Production Scheduler Qualifications/Education/Experience: · Bachelor Degree fro...
