The Downstream Purification Scientist will be responsible for executing and optimizing purification processes for viral vectors and related biologics. This role involves hands-on operation of chromatography systems, ultracentrifugation, and tangential flow filtration (TFF) while supporting process development and documentation in compliance with GMP/GLP standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality purification and product characterization. Responsibilities: Execute purification processes including CsCl density gradient ultracentrifugation, affinity chromatography (AVB, CaptureSelect), ion-exchange chromatography (AEX, CEX), and polishing steps.
