Job Description
**🚧 Dozer Operator – Day Shift - $28-34hr - $830 a week Per Diem**
****This is a traveling role and we are looking for candidates who are willing and able to travel to projects anywhere in the country****
We are hiring experienced Dozer Operators for long‑term infrastructure and civil construction projects across multiple locations in the U.S. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to transition to a permanent role after the initial project.
**Dozer Job Description:**
+ Operate a Finish Dozer using GPS to get land to final grade. Civil Construction Site. Wide open space in what used to be farmland.
+ Make/Model of Equipment: CAT D3 – D10
**Compensation & Schedule**
+ Pay: $24–$34/hr (based on equipment type & experience)
+ Shifts: 1st & 3rd shift available (must be open to either)
+ Overtime: 20–35 hours/week
+ Per Diem: $830/week (for qualified travelers)
