Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS) Financial Services Innovation (FSI) is recruiting for a Senior Automation Specialist role in Manila, Philippines who will design robust IA solutions, establish development standards, build sustainable automations, and mentor both citizen and IA Team developers to support their growth and the Citizen Development program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and run the automation design, development, deployment, and quality assurance in accordance with the GS Finance IA delivery methodology.
• Document solution design related to IA projects.
• Test automations with process SMEs and business partners.
• Ensure successful deployment of automations into production without impacting existing automations and operations.
