Draftsman/Residential Designer

Torborgs Shawano Lumber is seeking a highly motivated, hard working individual to join our team as a Draftsman/Residential Designer. This position will include a competitive wage and benefit package.

The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:

• Sufficient in using software such as Revit 2026 and Bluebeam
• 4-5 years of experience in the field desired
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Great attention to detail
• Basic construction knowledge
• Works well with a team
• Takes direction well
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Associate's Degree in Architectural Technology/Design
