is seeking an enthusiastic ECT of Drama to join its Performing Arts team from January 2026.
The Role
Drama is a valued and exciting part of school life, with a full calendar of productions, performances and community events. As an ECT, you’ll teach KS3 Drama with opportunities to contribute to KS4 as you grow in confidence.
Your induction includes:
- Weekly mentoring
- Observations with subject specialists
- Co-planning time with the Performing Arts team
- Practical coaching focused on routines, directing and classroom flow
