Salary: £168.88 - £261.78 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
About the Role
- Planning and delivering engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous)
- Encouraging creativity, confidence, and performance skills within the classroom
- Supporting students with practical performances, scripted work, and devising projects
- Differentiating lessons to support students of varying abilities and learning needs
- Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Working collaboratively with Performing Arts departments and senior leadership teams
