Job Title: Drill and Blast Supervisor – Mining – Northern Cape
Location: Northern Cape, South Africa
Hire Resolve’s Client are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor for Drill and Blast operations at our mining site in the Northern Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Drill and Blast Operators and ensuring that all drilling and blasting activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and lead a team of Drill and Blast Operators to ensure safe and efficient drilling and blasting activities.
2. Coordinate daily drilling and blasting activities according to the production plan.
3. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times.
4. Monitor and control all blasting activities to minimize environmental impact and maintain compliance with regulations.
