Job Description
We are seeking a Drive Test Analysis Specialist with strong expertise in multi‑RAT (2G/4G/5G) performance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and diagnosing radio network issues from drive test data, and providing clear root cause analysis (RCA) and optimization recommendations.
The role requires strong experience with XCAL/XCAP tools and the ability to correlate drive test results with OSS data (CM/PM) to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Test Analysis
- Analyze drive test logs using XCAL/XCAP tools
- Identify and classify network issues:
- Accessibility failures (RRC, RACH, Attach, Registration)
- Call drops / RLF
- Handover failures (intra/inter‑frequency, inter‑RAT)
- Low throughput and QoE issues
- Perform end‑to‑end service analysis (voice, data, mobility)
