Driver Education Instructor, part-time 0.30 FTE

The Hazen Union School District and the Craftsbury Town School Districts are teaming up to hire a student and safety-focused individual as a part-time instructor for Driver's Education. The instructor will provide students with at least the minimum performance capabilities for entry into the traffic system as motor vehicle drivers. Equip students with the knowledge and thought processes that will enable them to make rational decisions in traffic. Produce drivers who are responsible, as well as competent. This is a part-time position from late August through June that falls under the Master Agreement for OSSU teachers. The geographic location of the Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union (OSSU) is often referred to as the 'Gateway to the Northeast Kingdom.'
