Summary/Purpose

The Examiner evaluates applicants' driving abilities at various licence levels, provides test grades, resolves licensing issues, and assists with Driver Examination services ensuring fair and proper conduct of examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during all Driver Examination Services.
• Respond to enquiries related to driver licensing, determine applicant status, and provide information regarding test/re‑test procedures and licence classes.
• Verbally confirm candidates’ full name and date of birth for verification.
• Conduct road tests to assess applicant mechanics, handling, compliance with traffic laws, stressful situations, driving regulations, and safe driving practices.
