Drivetrain Design Engineer — Innovate, Validate & Collaborate

Link-Worldwide is hiring a Design Engineer for their Drivetrain Team in Monterrey, Nuevo León. This role involves designing, analyzing, and validating Caterpillar Drivetrain Components while working collaboratively with different teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Aerospace Engineering and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Additional requirements include proficiency in CREO and experience in drivetrain systems.

The position offers a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm, with minimal travel required.
