Dubai-Based Legal Counsel — DFSA & Middle East

CMC Markets is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to be the sole legal presence in Dubai. This role entails supporting the firm's regulated operations and ensuring compliance with DFSA and UAE legal requirements. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting commercial agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance for the DIFC.
