Dubai Cost Controller — Real Estate & Construction

Mira Construction is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our growing team in Dubai. You will monitor project costs, ensure budget compliance, and provide accurate financial reporting to support management in decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree related to finance or construction, with at least 5 years of experience in cost control, preferably within real estate development or construction.
