Dubai Marina Specialist -Secondary Sales

Metropolitan Premium Properties is looking for an experienced secondary market agent who knows their worth and is ready to operate at a higher level. This is not an entry‑level role but a platform for agents who have already proven themselves in the Dubai market and want the infrastructure to scale further.

As a Universal Agent at MPP, you are not restricted to one segment. You have full access to secondary, off‑plan, and rental markets, giving you maximum flexibility to serve your clients and grow your gross commission.

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record in Dubai real estate with a deep understanding of the secondary market, the process, the client, and negotiation.
• Minimum 2 years of active sales experience in Dubai.
• RERA certified (or ability to obtain certification upon joining).
• Strong knowledge of key communities such as Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, The Springs, Mirdif, or similar.
