Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Producers on the project.
• Manage tasks and follow up with the team.
• Create and maintain tasks in Jira or other project management tools.
• Help organize and follow up with the production team's meetings.
• Create documentation when necessary.
• Maintain the asset database.
• Provide administrative support for the team, including best practices for timesheets, helping draw up the vacation calendar, and participating in the preparation of team building events.
• Perform other tasks related to production as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Passion for and good knowledge of console and/or mobile video games.
• Organized and thorough, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail oriented.
