Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for all the mechanical and technical maintenance and HVAC equipment within the property. This position will also supervise and control the preventive maintenance schedule. Responsible for the health and safety of the property. Follow the preventive maintenance chart strictly and maintain records for future reference. Coordinate with other departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train, coach and evaluate the performance of staff from entry to supervisor level position
- Technically knowledgeable in mechanical aspects in terms of equipment and different types of systems used in high-rise buildings/towers, with slight knowledge in interfacing mechanical with electrical discipline
