Job Description

Main Duties

 Assist Operation Manager to supervise team of frontline staff to provide cabin cleaning and related services to customers airlines and ensure the quality services are delivered in according to their requirements and standards 

Ensure the resources (equipment, tooling, manpower) are deployed efficiently and effectively

Ensure the inventory supplies level and housekeeping of the warehouse are kept in a good condition and comply with safety standards

Ensure the operations and team have conformed the safety and security standards and aligned with the work procedures and policies of the Company, authorities and customers airlines

Provide analytical reports and statistics and make recommendations for continuous improvements on operation

Provide recommendations and fix any irregularities, incidents and problems happened during his/her shifts
