Job Overview
- Our client is looking for a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the successful delivery of events while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- As the leader on shift, you will be responsible for operational excellence, workforce deployment, guest satisfaction, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers, event organisers, and internal stakeholders.
- This role also requires sound decision-making and leadership during operational incidents or emergencies.
