Dvc - Advanced Maintenance Manager (Pdm) (Azcapotzalco)

ResponsibilitiesThis role owns and leads the Advanced Maintenance Vision/Strategy for LATAM, focusing on the end‐to‐end deployment of the DVC project, including Predictive Maintenance (PdM) across processes, packaging, and utilities at Salty & Cookies sites, as well as real‐time interconnected performance systems.
The manager will validate required resources, investment/benefits, and the new operational model needed for sustained performance after deployment to achieve true efficiency, reduce unplanned downtime, optimize inventory spare parts, and lower maintenance costs.Lead E2E PdM capex projects from redaction, financial viability, technical analysis, roll‐out, adoption, productivity reporting, and sustainment for each site.Define implementation success criteria for each pillar (mechanical vibration, thermography, power consumption) and secure DVC capex approvals for sites such as 7 Lagoas / Cerrillos / Celaya Cookies & Crackers, with another 11 under definition.Define workfl...
