Roles and Responsibilities

Job profile: Responsible for Contact Center VerticalLead a team of HR BP’s and Partners with Business to align HR strategy with business strategy.
Work closely with Business to increase productivity and to manage attrition.
Responsible for the talent management plan and organisational development.
Work closely with COE’s for Manpower Planning and Budgeting, Learning and Development and Employee Engagement plans right from ideation to execution.
Analyzing and Driving productivity related initiatives.
Work on the insights from HR Analytics and use data to drive people plans in the Unit.
Drive engagement initiatives and Reward & Recognition programs for the business.
Responsible for performance management.
