Dy. General Manager – Finance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and gather all the inputs to the project finance model by conducting market & product research, competitor analysis, studying the proposals/contracts, and partnering with the cross-functional leadership team.
• Take the lead in creating the detailed project finance model through number crunching and analysis. This includes creating forward-looking projections for 25 years (the life of a renewable asset).
• Support the capital raise due diligence process by walking the investors through the financial model and managing the data room.
• Partner with the leadership team to understand the critical risks associated with the project. Create and manage the risk register for a given project.
• Be a liaison for bid participation to a tender by collaborating with the consultant and the internal teams.
