Dynamic Retail Supervisor: Lead & Inspire Teams

Foodstuffs South Island in Christchurch is seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor to join the team at Hornby PAK’nSAVE. This role involves leading the Retail team, ensuring a positive culture, and managing operations effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in the FMCG sector, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to communicate well with team members. The position requires holding a First Aid Certificate and Liquor Managers Licence.

The working hours are Sunday to Thursday from 1.00pm to 10.00pm, totaling 42.5 hours per week. A cover letter and CV are required to apply.
