Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience delivering end to end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects (with focus on Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights) to lead and manage the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management or delivery management experience within D365 Customer Enagement modules (Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Customer Insights)
  • Strong understanding of processes within D365 platform regarding CE modules
  • Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale IT projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage remote, cross-functional and multi-national teams
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
