E-commerce Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing online product listings, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our digital sales channels.

Qualifications

• College graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any related course
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online selling, or digital retail (preferred)
• Pleasing personality with professional demeanor
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
