E-commerce & Operations Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce & Operations to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, from online orders to in-person showroom experiences.

• Pick, pack, and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time
• Manage and track inventory across warehouse, showroom, and online store
• Provide customer support via email, WhatsApp, and social platforms
