E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist

The E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist applies knowledge of digital marketing, e commerce, and AI enabled marketing technologies to support e commerce and multichannel initiatives.

Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies and content across multiple platforms, utilizing both tactical execution and AI assisted tools to optimize engagement and sales.

This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in leading strategy, creating compelling content, managing online communities, and demonstrating a return on investment for social media and digital marketing efforts.

Secondary responsibilities include executing e mail and SMS campaigns using Urchin Tracking Modules (UTMs), segmentation, personalization, predictive insights, and automation; supporting paid media efforts; and assisting with website content updates that drive traffic and revenue.
