About the Role
The E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for executing and optimizing the operational and commercial performance of Telos Media’s e-commerce channels, with a strong focus on Solarballs store .
This role contributes to store operations, fulfillment coordination, product launches, and performance tracking, while working closely with Marketing and Creative to help deliver a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store, helping ensure accuracy, performance, and operational stability.
- Contribute to delivering a strong customer experience by helping monitor production and shipping timelines and supporting timely responses to customer inquiries.
