Your new role 
This is a newly created and exciting job based in Ipswich working as part of an established and experienced team. The role is to assist with the overall management of the services team. Duties include but not limited to:
To be responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative support in relation to the inboxes and diaries.
To be responsible for the arrangement of Mayoral Events, including Civic and Charity events.
Line management of the team, including casual staff.
To manage the budget(s), including monitoring and reporting and the preparation of estimates as required.
To make logistical arrangements for elections.
