The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 2‑year management associate program designed for passionate graduate talents to deep‑dive into various business functions, pivotal to the e‑commerce and digital financial services landscape at Shopee and Monee. GDP Associates will undergo 4 thoughtfully curated rotations across different business functions (including an overseas‑based rotation), with each spanning 6 months. By the end of the program, you will have gained hands‑on experiences in driving high‑impact projects and possess a holistic view of the business through close mentorship and leadership exposure.
