As an ECT Trainee at GE Aerospace you will be assigned to support projects across the different functions on a rotational basis. As the traineeship progresses you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program to be chosen based on business priorities at the time.
