Plan and facilitate play-based, inquiry-driven experiences aligned with the IB curriculum and Eravoo's philosophy Guide outdoor exploration and design age-appropriate, nature-inspired activities Support social-emotional development and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment Document children's learning through observations and portfolios; collaborate with families and colleagues Participate in team meetings, professional development, and centre events.
