We’re looking for an Early Talent Advisor to join our Early Talent team on a 12 month fixed term contract at National HighwaysIn this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing and managing early talent programmes that build the critical skills our business needs, supporting the growth and long-term capability of our workforce while helping to nurture and retain future talent across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across HR and the wider business to design and deliver impactful early talent programmes. Supporting our graduate and apprenticeship programmes, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals grow and thrive, ensuring our early talent offering delivers for the business and for emerging professionals.
