EB Operations Analyst - New Issues Acceptance

We are part of the New Issues department, which includes four groups: Acceptance, Dedicated Services to Lead Manager and Issuing Agents, Securities Information, and New Issues Distribution. The Acceptance team is responsible for admission of financial instruments in the Euroclear System on both primary and secondary markets.

• Analyze securities documentation and verify eligibility of securities against legal, fiscal, and operational criteria.
• Perform eligibility reviews and support the recording of securities in the Euroclear Securities Database.
• Collaborate with external parties such as Lead Managers, Issuing Agents, Depositaries, CSDs, and Issuers.
• Work with other New Issues teams and Euroclear departments (Legal, Compliance, Asset Servicing, Settlement, Collateral) to ensure accurate data flow.
