Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a EC&I Department Head on behalf of our internationally operating client within the Testing, Inspection & Certification sector. The suitable person must be a graduate Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineer, chartered with a minimum of 10 years experience. This role will also be responsible for supporting the commercial function of the business, being comfortable being in front of clients and developing proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare scopes of work and estimates to support proposals.
- Assist in preparing project documents including scopes, schedules and reports.
- Deliver the EC&I engineering design scope to budgets and programes.
- Co-ordinate/liaise with EC&I and other Engineering disciplines/client/package vendors.
- Design authority for all EC&I packages.
- Prepare, check and/or approve design calculations, specifications, data sheets, report...
