Responsibilities

• Help guide daily activities, engage in play‑based learning, and offer relational support.
• Provide consistency and good energy as you slot into each new space.
• Support tamariki to feel safe, confident, and free to explore.
• Keep the day steady and child‑centred across the centre.

Qualifications and Experience

• Registered or unregistered kaiako with a genuine heart for nurturing, caring for, and supporting tamariki.
• Adaptable, quick to pick up new routines, and happy to help where needed most.
• Able to remain anchored under pressure and enjoy being part of a professional, supportive culture.
