Job Description
We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to join our Digital Trade team here at Harrods.
About The Role
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the E-Commerce Assistant including data governance, efficient management of product merchandising, trade reporting, managing stakeholder communications and executing trading actions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain custom edits on site (Bestsellers, Exclusives, Just In, Trends)
- Use web analytics data from Google Analytics to identify insights and actions from the reports
- Update, maintain and merchandise category pages with the new products that have been published, as required
- Support with brand communications
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset (retail, and E-Commerce experience is preferred) and previous experience with Microsoft Office and Google Analytics. It is important in this role to have strong att...
