About the Role
The eCommerce Consultant supports the end‑to‑end creation, delivery, and optimisation of customer experience (CX) toolboxes across markets. This role focuses on operational execution, market coordination, and ensuring high‑quality activation aligned with strategic direction set by senior CX leadership.
