Job Description
This position is responsible to meet targets on Application Download, Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) membership and customer acquisition and retention.
1. CRM Campaign Execution (End-to-End)
- Proven experience managing CRM campaigns from planning to deployment and reporting
- Hands-on execution of App Push and EDM campaigns, including scheduling, QA, and performance tracking
2. Copywriting (Customer-Facing)
- Strong copywriting skills for digital channels
- Ability to write concise, high-performing copy for App Push and EDM (subject lines, preview text, body copy)
3. Creative & Layout Execution
- Working knowledge of EDM layout and design principles (hierarchy, readability, CTA placement)
